Alki Beach This is an image of a condominium that was, at the time, proposed to be built on Alki Beach. The building in this image was computer generated using architects blueprints and composited into a photograph of the proposed building site. The building is now finished. |

Union Station (1995) when the seattle RTA (Regional Transit Authority) was established they chose the Union Station as their headquarters. At the time it was in some disrepair and had me create an image of what the space would look like after renovation. |

Condo (1995) this is a condo, built in Kirkland, that wanted promotional imagery for sales purposes before they started building the units. this was an example of a kitchen and living room. | |||

Mckenzie Lofts (1996) a developer in Portland Oregon was building a live-in loft building that consisted of totally empty spaces. he wanted to have some promotional images that showed the possibilities of how the spaces could be laid out. this is an example kitchen setup. | |||

Seahawks convention center (1995) after the new Seahawks stadium is completed an additional convention center will be built. It is intended to host concerts, monster truck shows, etc... The model was provided by the architect and I textured, lit and rendered it with a custom render engine and composited it with photographs taken at the site. | |||

Interior of Seattle's new Seahawks stadium. These two video segments were aired on television as a part of a campaign to raise funding for this new stadium. They use video footage of the old Kingdome and transform it into the new stadium design. Mall (1995) this was an image of a proposed mall in Redmond, washington. the developers wanted an image to use for marketing before they actually built the mall. |

Shumway Condos (1994) this is a mock up of a living room and view from one of the units in a large scale condominium built in Kirkland, Washington. All dimensions were extracted from architects blueprints and the image out the window was taken from a crane to accurately represent the view from this unit. | |||
